Douglas Hammer only charges for actual shipping costs, which may vary slightly from those calculated here. The variance may be higher or lower, and is typically no more than a few cents. Actual shipping charges and total order charge will be shown on the packing list/invoice included with your order.

Residents of Alaska and Hawaii: Please contact us by email or phone if you wish to order but do not require Next Day or 2nd Day Air delivery.

Return Policy:

If you wish to return unused products that were bought through this online store within the past 30 days, please send them (we suggest using a traceable shipping method) to the address below along with your packing list and/or receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
